Registry ErrorsThe Windows registry (or just "The registry") is the special Windows system area, which contains a huge amount of system information, which can be easily corrupted by removing software and some other issues. When you load a program, "The registry" is updated with new instructions about that program. When the program is uninstalled, these instructions remain on your computer. When you run your computer, it makes efforts to carry out these instructions but because the program "is gone," it causes registry errors. Registry errors cause the overall system to slow down. If you want to clean up "The registry," and speed up your PC, you need to install a "registry cleaner." Application programs used to clean up "The registry," are known as "registry cleaners." |
